Job Description:
We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to assist patients and healthcare partners via phone, email, and chat. You’ll be the first point of contact, providing friendly and accurate assistance to ensure a smooth care experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound support inquiries from patients
- Schedule appointments and follow up on service requests
- Document interactions in EMR or CRM systems
- Escalate urgent cases to the clinical or operations team
Requirements:
- 1+ year in customer support or healthcare call center
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using ticketing tools and patient platforms
- Ability to work independently and remotely
