Job Description:
We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to assist patients and healthcare partners via phone, email, and chat. You’ll be the first point of contact, providing friendly and accurate assistance to ensure a smooth care experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound support inquiries from patients
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on service requests
  • Document interactions in EMR or CRM systems
  • Escalate urgent cases to the clinical or operations team

Requirements:

  • 1+ year in customer support or healthcare call center
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using ticketing tools and patient platforms
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
